In this episode, I speak with Brisbane based artist Emmauel Moore. A key focus in this discussion is how  moving away from your roots, taking on feedback and critiques can help you within an arts practice and ultimately help you flourish into a better artist.

Emmanuel's deep love for art is evident through his journey from graffiti to fine art. Although Emmanuel didn't finish high school, he applied himself through his tertiary education, finishing his BFA at University of Canberra. His knowledge with art history is incredible, and we had a great conversation about Dali and his influences. There is so much to this conversation, that I can't describe in the introduction. Have a listen and let me know what you think!

I look forward to seeing the art the Emmanuel creates for his solo exhibition - details pending, make sure to follow his Instagram to stay in the loop.

Learn about Giorgio Morandi, the still life artist Emmanuel talked about.
